Direct day-to-day activities of multiple large projects and project teams in a matrixed organization including Global Finance functions, Global Products & Technology, Legal, HR, and other functions including the ability to influence and drive change Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, deliverables, milestones, resource requirements, and risk management strategies through oversight of project deliverables and coordination of resources, and for the achievement of project benefits both financial and operational Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Plan, and deliver communication and change management related to project deliverables with stakeholders and team members throughout the project Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps to senior leaders and executives. Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and accessible.
