Description
Global Reporting & Analysis: Consolidate, analyze, and publish comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual headcount reports for global stakeholders, integrating data from diverse geographic regions and business segments. Coordinate with management on headcount authority changes, providing financial insights and analysis to support global workforce decisions and strategic objectives. Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical field. Proven ability to collaborate across departments, ensuring data integrity and timely deliverables. High degree of autonomy and accountability for managing multiple projects and assignments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, explaining complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills Understanding of data warehouse and query concepts. Master of Business Administration (MBA) and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. Experience with global financial reporting or large-scale workforce planning data consolidation. Knowledge of and ability to learn large data tools such as Power Query and Power BI. Experience with Oracle HCM and SAP S/4HANA. Experience in process optimization or project management Knowledge of workforce planning methodologies.
