Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Contributes to the governance of the balance sheet. Provides key metric material to stakeholders monthly and quarterly. Individual analytical work as well as partnership across teams (both BSG and our stakeholders) to identify solutions to business inquiries in a timely manner and own the implementation / execution steps to autonomously drive open issues to completion. Directs project prioritization, platform direction, and future state planning and strategic direction. Performs other duties and functions as assigned Involved in coaching and training of new recruits' Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. 5-8 years of experience in financial services field/Risk and Control field Excellent management presentation skills (PowerPoint, Project plan and Status reporting, Executive presence) Excellent project management and organizational skills. Outstanding relationship building and management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel and PowerPoint Self-motivated and detail oriented Bachelor's degree required, certification or Master's degree in relevant field a plus.
