We are looking for a Global Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic and collaborative team. Role Overview You’ll be part of a small, agile team and report to the Head of Global Fleet Operations. The role is based at our Global Headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. We embrace a hybrid working model, recognizing the value of both in-person collaboration and focused remote work. In this role, provide guidance and support to the Global Fleet team as well as colleagues in our markets to optimize the current established sales processes. Activities and tasks are focused on supporting markets to facilitate sales by advising on system usage and performing support actions to help facilitate and streamline sales in the most efficient way. Key Responsibilities Deliveries – Market and System Operations Support Managing fleet sales related support tickets. Working with multiple operational, finance and digital teams to resolve order and system related issues and questions. Working with project managers to update training material. Working with digital team to scope system improvements and changes. Via proactive communication with markets provide daily advice on system usage. Perform and reviewing processes and performing monthly compliance controls to ensure internal processes are SOX compliant. Legal Contracts Administration Helping to roll-out a new digital process related to contract automation and storage. Working with markets ensuring customer agreements are signed and in place. Assisting in the process for the yearly renewal of customer agreements. Updating customer agreement templates and documenting instructions and processes related questions. Ad Hoc Where needed, support internal teams with event planning, including coordination, organization, and execution of fleet-related events. Depending on workload, contribute to project management activities and support the development and rollout of new digital solutions and system enhancements. Competence Requirements To thrive in this role, you are proactive, adaptable, and detail oriented. You take ownership, meet deadlines, and aren’t afraid to pivot when needed. You can work independently with sensitive information yet thrive in a team setting. You’re equally comfortable with strategic initiatives and hands-on operational tasks. We believe you have: Minimum bachelor’s degree. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in MS Office. Intermedial Excel skills. Experience in using CRM systems such as Salesforce. Marketing and events experience (desirable). A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate work experience is preferred. A high level of discretion when handling confidential information. Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
