Responsibilities
  • Act according to BPO’s customer requirements considering the standard operating procedures in place;
  • Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal procedures to enhance productivity and transparency;
  • Interact with several different IT tools plus our newly implemented TMS;
  • Contribute to a stable European performance in terms of DQ;
  • Other tasks inherent to the function.
