About You We’re seeking a result-focused, innovative, self-driven, and well-qualified individual to join our talented team as our Global Group Product Manager. In this role, you will drive market share growth by developing and leading a high-performing Product Management Team, ensuring the successful commercialization of new products while maintaining a competitive product portfolio. Also, aligning approved product strategy with market demands, customer needs, and cross-functional objectives through close collaboration with other business development teams Key Responsibilities: Maximize product lifecycle value by implementing stewardship strategies, optimizing pricing and costing, securing alternate raw material sources, managing regulatory and industry certifications, and ensuring supply continuity through proactive planning. Strengthen team leadership and talent development by recruiting, coaching, and retaining top talent, fostering continuous development, and building a pipeline of high-potential employees capable of advancing into expanded product leadership responsibilities. Drive new product development and commercialization by managing the product roadmap, coordinating cross-functional inputs, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring market readiness for scalable product launches. Enhance product promotion and market positioning by developing persuasive training materials, refining pricing strategies, crafting differentiated value propositions, and working with MarCom and BD teams to produce impactful marketing assets. Advance market intelligence and competitive analysis by maintaining subject matter expertise in target markets, evaluating competitor activities, monitoring industry trends, and informing product direction to align with strategic goals. Ensure product alignment and regulatory compliance by managing change control processes, ensuring conformance to relevant standards, and promoting consistency across regions through effective stakeholder engagement Strengthen market presence through strategic engagement by gathering the voice of the customer and market feedback, leading customer discussions, and representing Dymax products and solutions at key industry events and trade shows. You should have: 7+ years of relevant experience in industrial B2B marketing. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce) is desirable Application Engineering or specialty chemical sales/marketing experience preferred Leadership: proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a cross-functional, global environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Dymax salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range.
