THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Hold minimum Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g. NEBOSH or other country equivalent)
  • Proven experience of working in a corporate / global EHS function and working cross culturally, collaborating with other global peers
  • Good understanding of overall HS legislation applicable to a manufacturing sites in one or more countries.
  • Ability to critically assess existing EHS systems, with proven experience of implementing solutions to further improve
  • Experience in auditing, including against ISO 45001 management standards
  • Experience in working with external agencies to deliver H&S compliance projects
  • Knowledge and skills in content management, digitalisation tool usage such as power BI and power Apps, etc.
  • Good overall knowledge of safety & Risk (e.g. process safety, LOTO, electrical safety, manual handling, contractor safety, vehicle safety, chemical & hazardous material handling, occupational health, training/coaching etc)
  • Proven experience in manufacturing / FMCG
  • Hold a relevant degree level qualification – eg Engineering/Chemical/EHS Disciplines
  • Member of IOSH and/or working towards Chartered Status.
  • Bilingual / Multilingual will be an advantage. Excellent communication skills a must.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about Health and Safety and keen to make a significant impact within a leading global organisation? Reckitt is seeking an Global H&S Management Systems and Reporting Manager to champion our environmental health and safety initiatives throughout our dynamic supply chain. The role will be part of the Global H&S team. This role will lead the development and consistent implementation and maintenance of Reckitt’s Global H&S Management System and ensure the governance reporting of global H&S, working closely with the other members of the global H&S team. The H&S team has been identified by senior leadership as playing an essential role in providing a consistent approach to H&S compliance and in achieving the goal of a world class H&S organisation. As such this role will have visibility and access to the highest levels of the organisation. The role will report directly to the Global H&S Director and will continually feed into the responsible Senior Leadership teams.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the group ISO certification
