Job Description Qualifications: · 5+ years in systems/business analysis (HCM or data integration focus) · Experience with major HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.) · Experience in global HCM data projects or HRIS implementations. · M&A integration project experience is highly desirable. · Strong understanding of HR data structures, data governance, and data integration methodologies · Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa. · Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills (root cause analysis, attention to detail). · Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to lead workshops and coordinate across teams. · Exposure to global HR operations and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR). · Certifications like PMP, CBAP, or HR tech certifications (Workday, etc.) are a plus.
