As Global Head of Channel Sales, you’ll redefine how Esker engages with partners worldwide, shaping a next‑generation ecosystem that accelerates reach and impact. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned SaaS channel executive to leave a global footprint, influence at the highest levels, and unlock new pathways for growth. In this role, you’ll design and execute Esker’s global channel sales strategy, building and enabling a world‑class partner network across international markets. You’ll lead a team of regional channel sales leaders, align closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services, and ensure partners are equipped to drive measurable revenue growth. By combining strategic vision with hands‑on execution, you’ll expand Esker’s solutions to more customers, more effectively, worldwide Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and execute Esker’s global channel sales strategy to deliver scalable, predictable, and profitable indirect revenue growth. Partner Ecosystem Growth: Identify, recruit, and develop high-value partners (resellers, co-sell) with a focus on long-term, strategic relationships. Enablement & Performance: Design partner enablement programs, sales incentives, and performance frameworks that drive adoption and measurable results. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and scale a global team of regional channel sales leaders, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services to ensure channel strategies are aligned with Esker’s go-to-market priorities. Operational Excellence: Own partner pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using CRM and PRM tools to ensure accuracy and accountability. Executive Influence: Act as a trusted advisor to the CSO and executive leadership team on channel performance, opportunities, and risks. Market Representation: Represent Esker’s channel strategy at global events, executive forums, and with strategic accounts. What You Bring 10+ years of international channel sales leadership in B2B SaaS required, 12+ desired. Proven track record of scaling channel revenue globally. Strong executive presence and ability to influence at C-level. Experience leading global, multicultural teams. Expertise with Salesforce, PRM platforms, and SaaS sales methodologies. Fluent English; additional languages a plus. Experience in a private equity–backed or fast-scaling company is a strong plus Willingness to travel globally (20-30%)
