Your key responsibilities
You will define, build and scale global customer programs that create a consistent customer experience and measurable commercial impact across Element Logic's international business. You will:
- Develop and execute the global Customer Programs strategy in alignment with the overall Customer Success strategy
- Build scalable frameworks across onboarding, adoption, customer health, retention, expansion and advocacy
- Translate strategy into practical playbooks, governance and ways of working
- Establish customer health, risk and intervention frameworks
- Drive implementation and adoption across markets and business units
- Balance global consistency with local business and customer needs
- Build alignment and ownership across functions and geographies
- Define relevant measures of customer value and program impact
This is a role for someone who can turn strategy into execution and create sustainable adoption across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
You bring substantial experience from Customer Success, Customer Programs, Commercial Excellence or a comparable function within an international B2B environment.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including experience in senior roles from global roles and international organizations
- Proven experience designing and implementing customer programs, operating models or customer/commercial excellence initiatives across multiple markets
- Relevant experience from warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling, robotics, supply chain technology or adjacent industrial technology environments
- Demonstrated experience working successfully in a complex, international matrix organization
- Experience driving cross-functional transformation and organizational adoption
- Strong commercial understanding of customer retention, recurring revenue, expansion and lifecycle management
- Proven ability to influence and create alignment across functions and geographies without direct authority
- Experience working effectively with senior and executive stakeholders
- Relevant higher education in business, engineering, technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Professional fluency in English
