Quickly becoming a leader in its field, the Company has gone from strength to strength and experiencing rapid growth. Because of this we are looking for Global Head of Finance & Strategy (F&S) - a newly created role to join the team.
As the Global Head of Group F&S, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing strategic guidance and support to the CFO. You’ll be at the forefront of driving better performance management outcomes through strategic planning and outlook processes. Your role will also involve leading ad hoc analytical work to support executive-level decision-making.
You’ll be responsible for providing information and insights for external communication to financiers, investors and regulators on financial performance. Your ability to engage within various divisions, local offices and units will be crucial in supporting strategic planning and outlook development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide quality decision support to foster better growth, customer service, and productivity outcomes in line with Group strategic goals.
- Drive better performance management outcomes through strategic planning & outlook processes and embed these through clear and consistent financial target settings.
- Responsible for provision of information and insights for external communication on financial performance.
- Design, prepare and chair key financial forums across the leadership team related to financial performance management.
- Lead, mentor and develop the junior finance team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed. Encourage the culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
