Technical Leadership & Modern Practices: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of robust, scalable solutions, essential for our high-performance trading environment. Ensure strong target-state architecture alignment, exceptional engineering, and superior resiliency to protect clients and the bank against operational risks and competitive pressures. Global Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a large, globally distributed team of technologists. Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, collaboration, and high performance. Attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent to build a high performing technology organization.
