任职要求 | REQUIREMENTS

  • 10 年以上 HR 经验,具备区域或全球 HR 领导经验
  • 熟悉多国 HR 合规及实操管理,尤其在亚洲地区
  • 对制度、招聘、绩效、培训、文化模块有全面理解
  • 中英文流利,具备优秀的跨文化沟通能力
  • 风格稳健、务实、低调,重视实际成果与团队成长
  • 具备“协作式领导”风格,乐于带动系统而非主导权力
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior regional or global role
  • Hands-on experience managing HR operations across multiple countries (especially in Asia)
  • Strong foundation across systems, recruitment, development, performance, and culture
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to operate across diverse teams
  • Practical, calm, and impact-oriented—focused on outcomes, not optics
  • Collaborative leadership style—empowers systems more than claims power

You will be based in Singapore and work closely with the founding team to lead the buildout and alignment of our global HR systems.
This is not a role about maintaining the old—it’s about shaping the new.
We are looking for someone with clarity, calm energy, and a strong sense of execution—someone who turns vision into structure and quietly drives progress.
