POSITION OVERVIEW

The Global Head of Human Resources will be instrumental in building and leading the HR function, developing and implementing strategies to create a unified, high-performing culture across the company’s diverse business units and geographies. This role will be a key member of the senior leadership team, working collaboratively to drive the company’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals
  • Build and lead a global HR team to support the company’s growth
  • Drive the integration and alignment of disparate business units and cultures
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to optimise organisational structure and talent allocation
  • Implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract top talent
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, development, and high performance
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations across global operations
  • Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the CEO and senior leadership team

To be considered for this role candidates should demonstrate the following:

  • Proven track record of success in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a global technology company
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the link between HR and business strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience in leading organisational change and cultural transformation initiatives
  • In-depth knowledge of global HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
