Job Description The Global Head of Marketing, is responsible for supporting and executing global marketing strategies across multiple regions, working closely with regional business development and operations teams. This role manages a centralized marketing center of excellence and partners with regional marketing teams to ensure alignment with global objectives and local market needs. The Global Head of Marketing will monitor global market trends, analyze customer and prospect demands, and help shape the company’s global marketing approach—including positioning, messaging, branding, and market research. This role will collaborate with leadership to review business performance and recommend targeted campaigns that drive market awareness and support business growth. The Global Head of Marketing will oversee teams focused on content creation, thought leadership, PR, social media, creative design, and external communications, as well as regional marketing partners who deliver digital campaigns, events, and sales reporting. Additional responsibilities include managing the company website, employee value proposition, emerging products, marketing technology, global analytics, and vendor relationships. This role may also coordinate contract resources or external consultants as needed, and is responsible for building consistent processes, infrastructure, and supporting team development. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of global marketing strategies and branding initiatives. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to implement marketing plans that drive business results. Lead tactical planning and budget management for global marketing activities. Oversee and guide marketing teams, providing hands-on leadership and support. Ensure consistent global messaging and branding across all regions. Analyze market trends and business performance to inform marketing strategies. Partner with regional marketing teams to deliver campaigns and events tailored to local markets. Manage digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, and content creation. Oversee global reporting, analytics, and marketing technology platforms. Coordinate with vendors and manage external resources as needed. Support team development through goal setting, feedback, and professional growth opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. 6+ years of marketing experience, including strategy development and execution in a global context. Proven success in marketing leadership roles, with hands-on experience managing teams. Strong understanding of global market trends and regional differences. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills. Experience with digital marketing, campaign management, and market research. Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
