TEXTILE DIVISION, WEAVING PREPARATION SYSTEMS

We are a leading company in the textile machinery industry and are expanding our team. As part of our long-term succession planning, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced executive to fill the position of Global Head of Marketing & Sales and Service. As a member of the executive management at the production site in Sargans, you will play a key role in the strategic alignment of the company and represent the interests of our customers on the executive board.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Solid professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the textile machinery industry

• In-depth knowledge of markets, customers, and textile processes
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead multicultural teams
• Willingness to travel frequently and maintain international presence
• Distinct cultural understanding and the ability to navigate various business environments
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Independent, motivated, and results-oriented work approach
• Ready for a long-term partnership with the company

• Leading and coordinating the Local Division Directors (LDDs) and sales teams

• Developing and implementing global sales and marketing strategies
• Analyzing and penetrating market and customer data to increase market share
• Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with our global partners
• Representing the company at an international level and conducting negotiations at the highest level
• Promoting innovation and competitiveness in key markets such as China and India
