Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Head of Paid Media & Acquisition, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of Vio’s global growth engine, across the entire customer journey.
This isn’t a classic performance marketing job. You’ll be responsible for designing and scaling an integrated, full-funnel acquisition model that combines demand capture (e.g. SEM, Direct response channels, ASA, SEO) and demand creation (TV, CTV, programmatic display / video, influencer amplification, and more). You’ll operate at the intersection of data, media, creativity, and automation, embedding AI across planning, bidding, and measurement.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with product, CRM, analytics, and content teams to orchestrate unified, ROI-positive growth across short- and long-term horizons.
This role is ideal for a strategic builder ready to challenge legacy marketing models and help define the next decade of growth for a fast-scaling global travel brand.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Demand capture (Performance Marketing)
  • Own and scale paid media across SEM (+LLM search), Direct response channels, SEO.
  • Lead global app acquisition, including store optimization, app install campaigns, and in-app conversion.
  • Advance AI-based bidding, audience targeting, pacing, and creative testing strategies.
  • Drive channel efficiency (CPA, ROAS, margin) while unlocking conversion synergies with CRM, product, and pricing.
  • Demand creation (Brand-Led Growth)
  • Build and scale upper/mid-funnel media across TV, CTV, programmatic display/video, influencers, radio, and DOOH.
  • Partner with creative teams to launch compelling campaigns and continuously optimize performance.
  • Oversee integrated media planning across short / long term performance ensuring full-funnel consistency.
  • Lead experimentation across audience segments, creative variations, attention metrics, and lift studies.
  • Collaborate with offline media partners and DSPs to plan, execute, and measure traditional and hybrid media campaigns.
  • Measurement & Integration
  • Co-lead Vio’s Unified Measurement Model (MMM + attribution + incrementality) in close partnership with Marketing Analytics team.
  • Align campaign execution to key business outcomes: bookings, LTV, margin, and brand equity growth.
  • Build an integrated acquisition culture with shared learning loops, joint planning cycles, and centralized audience architecture.
  • Leadership & Partnerships
  • Manage and grow a high-performance team across SEM, app growth, SEO, and programmatic.
  • Lead and manage media agency relationships across digital and offline channels, including TV and OOH.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the CMO and executive team on full-funnel monetization, channel mix, and AI-enabled marketing models.
