Are you a strategic leader with a deep understanding of portfolio management and a passion for optimizing business performance? We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Global Head of Portfolio Management within the Wholesale & Rural (W&R) division. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for steering the business towards achieving optimal risk, return, and sustainability outcomes, while collaborating with diverse teams across the globe.

Responsibilities
  • Implement a Robust Portfolio Management Cycle: Guide the business towards achieving the Target Portfolio through the implementation of a comprehensive portfolio management cycle.
  • Establish Portfolio Data Analytics: Develop and maintain advanced data analytics to manage the risk, return, and sustainability triangle, collaborating closely with various organizational units.
  • Strategic Partner: Act as a strategic partner to the Director of W&R, Head of Clients & Portfolio Management, and the W&R Management Team, overseeing strategic resource allocation, portfolio monitoring, and performance management.
  • Monitoring Framework Development: Create and disseminate a monitoring framework for Wholesale and Rural, delivering actionable insights through regular reporting cycles, in-depth analyses, and forecasting.
  • Portfolio Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for portfolio optimization in collaboration with Group Portfolio Management.
  • Lead Strategic Resource Allocation: Manage the strategic allocation of resources within W&R, including capital, financed emissions, and other scarce resources, ensuring alignment with risk, return, and sustainability objectives.
  • Decision-Making and Strategic Direction: Contribute to decision-making and strategic direction as a member of the Management Team Clients & Portfolio Management.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead the new W&R Portfolio Management Team, promoting a high-performance culture and strong risk management awareness.
