REQUIREMENTS:

  • Growth-Focused Leader: Demonstrated ability to drive growth and innovation.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in digital technologies and extensive experience with the

SAP platform.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Global Practice Management: Proven skills and experience in managing a global practice.
  • Network: Deep connections within SAP Europe and the US.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Experience and success in leading strategic partnerships with SAP.
  • Experience: 18-20 years in IT, with at least 15 years in SAP.
  • Background: Preferably from a reputed SAP Global SI.
  • Leadership: A well-rounded leader who takes ownership and delivers results.
  • Ability to build and lead a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
  • Own and be accountable for P&L.
  • Shape and evolve practice offerings.
  • Develop strong competitive differentiation and value proposition.
  • People management: Oversee and manage the team effectively.
  • Client Leadership: Lead client engagements and manage client relationships.
  • Client Relationships – stay connected with CXO level, manage relationships, capabilities perception, mine & generate opportunities, co-innovation, roadshows/workshops, drive growth agenda through customer centricity.
  • Partner Management - drive strategic partnership with SAP.
  • Business Development: Lead business development through sales, account teams, and SAP.
  • R&D planning and execution.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends and integrate them into practice.
  • Provide thought leadership and lead clients.
  • Delivery oversight: Ensure delivery excellence to create customer advocacy.
  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation.
  • Talent management: Create a high-performing team around self, engage, retain, and attract new

talent.

  • Competency Management: Develop and manage competencies within the team.
  • Analyst Relations: Maintain leadership status with industry analysts.
  • Internal Networking: Develop and leverage internal networks.
  • Marketing: Lead marketing initiatives including events, whitepapers, and webinars.
  • Develop and implement competitive strategies and differentiation.
  • Create referenceable clients
  • Workforce Planning: Manage workforce planning, demand planning, utilization, globalization, and re-skilling/up-skilling of practice associates.
