REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven leadership experience managing global professional or managed services teams.
• Deep expertise in SaaS and cloud-based software implementations, ideally within the financial services sector, is essential.
• Solid understanding of Core Banking solutions is a must.
• Exceptional stakeholder management experience, with a demonstrated ability to liaise effectively across international teams, clients, and partners.
• Commercial acumen with a strong background in project scoping, financial planning, cost optimization, and resource management.
• In-depth knowledge of technical, functional, and project management disciplines in a global context.
• A structured and programmatic approach to global project execution, ensuring efficiency and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
• Willingness to travel globally.
