WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Director, Global Talent Acquisition is responsible for ensuring a business aligned end to end Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) function in HMC, spanning from process, governance, systems, assessment methodology, tools and globally consistent activation of these factors.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree a plus.
• Fifteen plus years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with a global multinational firm matrix organization is required.
• Familiar with talent trends in different regions including Middle East, Europe, North America, LATAM, Asia.
• At least five years of people leadership role in delivering transformative agendas is required (not just leading a team of recruiters).
• Experience with automotive OEM is preferred.
• Track record of strong change management & transformative leadership (leading team and stakeholders).
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex solutions to simple messages.
• Organized, communicative, can effectively delegate and follow-up.
• Functional knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and office e-mail systems.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
