Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

As the Global Head of Technology and Infrastructure, you will be responsible for global leadership of IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Security. The role oversees the IT organization tasks and responsibilities, which include applications, reporting, infrastructure, networks, security & compliance and end point management, along with vendor management and contract negotiations. You will define and deploy the future IT strategy and roadmap in consultation with cross functional leadership to ensure the roadmap is grounded in broad business knowledge coupled with a vision to drive efficiencies, strengthen competitiveness, achieve our strategic growth goals and maintain robust security.
This position will oversee all teams and processes to ensure efficient, effective, reliable and secure global technical operations. This role will provide direction and oversight for all major decisions impacting our technology footprint, ensuring high availability and optimal performance across all systems.
This individual will also have primary point of contact in advising executive leadership and the Audit Committee on critical topics involving technology and/or security, engaging direct IT leadership within the team to present as appropriate.
