What are my responsibilities?

  • Global responsibility for the Operations Controlling division in accordance with the Chief Operations Officer’s (COO) specifications
  • Strategic alignment and systematic further development of the responsible area in cooperation with the plants worldwide
  • Introduction and further development of a standardized operations reporting system for all plants worldwide
  • Responsible for the on time monthly, quarterly and annual provision of evaluations and reports including ad-hoc requirements
  • Global responsibility for the budget and forecast process for the responsible area
  • Collaboration in interdisciplinary global and local projects
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement and optimization of the systems, procedures and processes of global operations controlling
  • Responsible for the evaluation of business cases and for the central review of investment applications from the plants according to uniform standards and taking into account efficiency, Group and strategic goals

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of finance, controlling, accounting or comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations controlling in a manufacturing company with a global orientation
  • Deep knowledge and experience in SAP 4Hana and project management
  • Goal-oriented, resilient and assertive
  • Very good analytical understanding and expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Quality-conscious and strong communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1 level)
