We are looking for a Global Head Supply Chain Management (m/w/d) worldwide at an Interroll site.

WHAT DO I NEED TO QUALIFY FOR THIS JOB?

• Successfully completed studies in engineering, supply chain management, logistics or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management in a manufacturing company with a global orientation
• High IT affinity
• Deep knowledge and experience in the areas of SAP 4Hana, supply chain optimization and project management
• Goal-oriented, resilient and assertive
• Quality-conscious and strong communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1 level), other foreign languages an advantage

• Global responsibility for the Supply Chain Management division in accordance with the Chief Operations Officer (COO)
• Strategic alignment and systematic further development of the responsible area in cooperation with the plants worldwide
• Responsible for all production planning, procurement and logistics processes in the plants worldwide
• Global responsibility and decision-making authority for bottleneck and escalation management for customer orders
• Responsible for inventory management in all plants worldwide and consideration of profitability and operational targets
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary global and local projects
• Monitoring and continuous improvement of processes in the ERP system
• Responsible for internal logistics between and within the plants worldwide
• Global investment planning in the area of supply chain management, taking into account efficiency, Group and strategic goals
