Familiarity with hotel PMS, channel manager, or GDS/OTA booking systems is a plus. Understanding of hotel industry terms and mechanics (allotments, rate parity, cut-off dates, no-show policy) is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for supplier negotiation and issue resolution. Comfortable with rotating shifts (including weekends). Bachelor's degree (or equivalent Dutch HBO-level thinking/working) — hospitality/hotel management background is a plus. Team spirit and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Why us?
