QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a related role involving workforce data.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
  • Experience with HR systems, ideally Oracle HCM or comparable platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data integrity and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Analytics & Insights Analyst to support global HR strategies through data-driven insights and reporting. This position plays a key role in helping leaders understand workforce trends, track engagement, and make informed decisions to improve organizational effectiveness.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming raw data into compelling dashboards, visuals, and strategic recommendations that support a diverse and evolving workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards that monitor key workforce metrics such as turnover, headcount, retention, diversity and inclusion, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional partners to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis to identify workforce trends, track benchmarks, and support initiatives like engagement surveys and exit analysis.
  • Work with HRIS teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms and reporting systems.
  • Advise HR partners on data governance, interpretation, and best practices in workforce analytics.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable visualizations and stories for business stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in HR analytics.
