Partnering closely with senior leaders, you’ll translate business goals into impactful HR strategies and solutions. Understand business objectives, anticipate workforce needs, and deliver HR strategies that enable success. Organisational Design & Development Partner with leaders to shape effective org structures, close skill gaps, and support transformation goals. Change Management Drive change initiatives through clear planning, communication, and engagement at all levels. Employee Engagement & Culture Building Create and lead initiatives that boost morale, inclusion, and performance. Talent Acquisition & Retention Partner with TA to attract top talent and develop strategies to keep them thriving in the business. Employee Relations Resolve complex employee issues with empathy, fairness, and compliance. HR Analytics & Insights Use people data to inform decisions and drive measurable impact. Leadership Development & Coaching Coach leaders to grow their teams and their own leadership potential. Operational Efficiency Collaborate with People Operations to streamline HR processes and embrace scalable solutions. 🔍 What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in e-commerce or a fast-paced environment, and interest in a 12-month fixed-term contract. Experience working across multiple regions with a global, inclusive mindset. Strong background in organisational design, change, and leadership coaching. Data-savvy and comfortable using people metrics to guide decisions. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset. Excellent communicator and influencer across all levels of the organisation.
