WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an exceptionally talented, brilliant, and driven individual with a dynamic and innovative style who will proactively build relationships with key business leaders using a collaborative, partnership approach. You will also be a credible and commercial operator who is comfortable working at pace in a transformative and contract-led business environment with significant experience of managing change and leading projects with a particular interest in talent and succession management.
You will excel as a natural communicator, problem solver, and influencer, leveraging your exceptional networking skills to build strong relationships across the business. Your ability to coach, mentor, and develop managers and leaders will be pivotal in driving their growth and success.
It would be desirable, however not essential if you currently hold your CIPD level 5 or are working towards this certification.

YOUR ROLE

Our amazing human resources team are looking to recruit a dynamic and commercially minded Global HR Business Partner.
This fantastic role will see you partnering with our Global Contract Logistics team, playing a pivotal role in cementing a crucial link between the business and human resources, supporting in key projects that underpin our ongoing journey of business change and transformation.
In this role, you’ll thrive in a global environment, working with international teams spread across the globe. You’ll support various global and regional stakeholder groups on a wide range of HR-related topics. Flexibility is key, as you’ll need to adapt to different time zones and be available for working hours as needed.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting to the Global Senior HR Business Partner for Contract Logistics & Lead Logistics, you will play an active role within the Contract Logistics Leadership and HR Business Partner team. Your influence and contributions will be pivotal in implementing the overall people plan. You will build exceptional working relationships with internal stakeholders, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence teams, and customers, enhancing relationships across the region.
You will champion business change and continuous improvement initiatives related to the people strategy. Proactively taking the lead on any people-related change decisions, you will anticipate next steps and ensure a consistent approach. In collaboration with Regional HR Business Partners, you will coach, challenge, and support managers and leaders in the business with people-related processes such as performance management, personal and team development, career planning, talent and resource planning, and customer engagement.
Working alongside the Global Senior HRBP, you will understand the different HR practices across regions and ensure a consistent approach to all policies, procedures, and processes, acting as a role model within the HR function. You will coordinate and monitor Contract Logistics activities across global teams related to EES and Talent Reviews, responding to and coordinating action plans.
You will be responsible for HR data, ensuring accuracy and consistency within the product. Utilising HR dashboards and metrics, you will highlight any operational issues, identify patterns and trends, and create solutions and improvements where required.
