Position Overview As the Global HR Business Partner at EnerMech, you will serve as a key strategic partner to our leadership and management teams across the globe. Reporting to the SVP HR, and a part of the HRLT, your primary focus will be to align our human resources strategies with our business goals to drive organizational effectiveness and foster a positive working environment. This role requires a deep understanding of our business, strong consultative skills, and the ability to navigate complex workforce challenges. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on HR-related issues including organizational design, talent management, performance management, and employee relations. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and promote a high-performance culture. Advise on best practices in recruitment, training, and development to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization. Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions in organizational shifts, minimizing disruptions. Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and to inform decision-making. Lead and participate in HR projects that enhance the employee experience and elevate organizational effectiveness. Act strategically, working with the top leaders to analyze and implement strategies for HR improvements etc Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with 8+ years in HR functions and demonstrated exposure to global HR practices. A solid understanding of business functions and a keen ability to align HR practices with business goals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting HR metrics and data to inform strategy. Proficiency in change management methodologies and the ability to manage organizational change effectively. A relevant HR qualification such as CIPD or equivalent is preferred.
