Then come and join our global team as Global HR Business Partner (f/m/d) to support global HR business partnering for HR DI&F&HZ and contribute to strategic HR priorities, leadership topics, and future-focused people projects.


Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.



Your tasks and responsibilities:

This will be a combined role where you focus around 50% of your time on HRBP-related topics and 50% on strategic projects and associate related topics.

HR BP related topics

  • You support a global HRBP in understanding business priorities, translating them into people priorities, and preparing high-quality input for leadership and HR decision-making.
  • You partner with leaders and HR colleagues across regions and Centers of Expertise to drive core people processes, including talent, succession, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • You contribute to building future-relevant capabilities, strengthening leadership effectiveness, and supporting cultural and organizational change in a global matrix environment.
  • You prepare structured analyses, decision papers, and communication materials to enable transparent, timely, and business-oriented HR advice.

Strategic projects and associate related topics

  • You contribute to strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects, taking ownership of defined work packages from concept to implementation.
  • You support strategic workforce planning activities by preparing data, insights, and recommendations for HR and business stakeholders.
  • You work closely with a HRBP, combining hands-on project support with conceptual work on high-priority people topics.
  • You independently conduct ad hoc research, analyze trends, and translate findings into actionable insights for leadership discussions.
  • You help plan, prepare, and facilitate strategic workshops, leadership meetings, and management formats.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have successfully completed your university studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Law, or a comparable field.
  • You have gained many years of professional experience in HR, ideally in HR business partnering, talent management, organizational development, strategic projects, or a related HR function.
  • Experience in management consulting, strategy, or project-based environments is a plus for providing a strong foundation for structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and developing recommendations for senior leaders.
  • You bring a solid understanding of core HR processes and are motivated to further develop your expertise across different HR disciplines.
  • You have experience supporting projects or initiatives in an international, matrix-driven environment and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders.
  • International exposure or experience in working across regions, ideally including Asia Pacific or China, is an advantage.

  • To succeed in an international environment, you have business fluent English and German skills, as well as excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • You proactively address issues and, with your consulting and coaching skills and HR expertise, contribute to the development of leaders and organizational units and the successful implementation of changes.
