QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of ascending experience in strategic HR, including global HRBP experience in international and commercial / P&L-driven environments.
  • Strong background in change management, organizational development, and talent strategy.
  • Experience leading or supporting reorganizations, including post-merger integrations.
  • Understanding of employment law, compliance, safety, and regulatory frameworks in a global context.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Global HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will report directly to the CHRO and act as a strategic and operational HR advisor to two ExCo members and their leadership teams (ExCo minus one). This role requires a high level of ownership, insight, and collaboration. You will support both day-to-day operations and long-term capability building, helping Corbion execute on its global business strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • People Agenda & Workforce Planning


    • Define and execute a clear people agenda aligned with organizational and team priorities.

    • Drive workforce and capability planning (1–3 years) to enable strategic execution.
    • Organizational & Team Development


      • Improve team dynamics and enable high-performing teams.

      • Shape organizational structures for efficiency, agility, and results.
      • Lead or contribute to organizational changes and reorganizations, both large and small.
      • HR Operations & Process Excellence


        • Ensure seamless and effective HR processes, minimizing disruption and enabling business continuity.

        • Collaborate with HR Expertise Teams and HR Services to activate policies and programs efficiently.
        • Stakeholder Partnership & Support


          • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to ExCo minus one leaders and their teams.

          • Maintain open, agenda-free dialogue with senior leaders.
          • Support cross-functional alignment and reduce siloed behaviors through coordination and collaboration.
          • Insight & Data-Driven Decisions


            • Use data and organizational insights to understand the pulse of the organization.

            • Balance the strategic and human dimensions of decisions—caring for people without losing sight of business objectives.
            • Culture & Change Leadership


              • Facilitate cultural change programs or M&A integration initiatives, as applicable.

              • Keep a close eye on how the organization is evolving—and provide clear, constructive feedback as needed.
