JOB OVERVIEW

The Director of Human Resources is a strategic partner responsible for leading the HR department and aligning human capital management with the organization’s goals. This role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR practices and regulations to foster a positive workplace culture.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in human resources management in Tech or Ecommerce Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, including FMLA, OSHA regulations, and conflict management practices.
  • Demonstrated ability in talent management, including recruiting, training & development, and employee evaluation.
  • Experience with HR sourcing techniques and benefits administration.
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems such as Paychex, Dayforce, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft for data collection and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing contracts related to human resources functions.
  • Ability to lead change management initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous process improvement.
  • Supervising experience is essential for managing HR teams effectively. This position requires a proactive approach to human resources challenges while maintaining a focus on organizational goals. The Director of Human Resources will play a critical role in shaping the company’s workforce strategy.

    Pay: $180,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s objectives and enhance employee engagement.
