In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end lifecycle of HR knowledge and content—ensuring everything from policies and procedures to guidance and standards is accurate, accessible, and aligned with our global goals. Reporting to the Global Head of Process and Effectiveness, you’ll head up our HR Knowledge and Content Centre of Expertise and collaborate with a global network of around 50 Content and Language Leads. Your work will directly enhance self-service, elevate the employee experience, and drive operational excellence across all markets.
