Sedric is growing, and we are looking for a hands-on Global HR Manager to join our team and support our next phase of scale. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in startup environments, has strong global recruiting experience, and is excited to build HR foundations and infrastructure in a scaling company. As a Global HR Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, global recruitment, and employee experience, while helping establish the core HR frameworks needed to support Sedric’s growth across geographies. Responsibilities Build and maintain HR infrastructure: core processes, policies, templates, and documentation Own end-to-end global recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, hiring plans, and timelines Own the employee lifecycle: onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding Manage employment contracts and HR records across multiple geographies, ensuring compliance with applicable local and international labor laws in partnership with external advisors Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers Run and support performance review cycles and feedback processes Maintain and optimize HR tools and systems Support culture-building initiatives and employee engagement efforts Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational needs Requirements 4 - 6 years of HR experience with hands-on ownership of HR operations and recruiting Proven global experience - mandatory Startup or fast-growing company experience - mandatory Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding through performance management and offboarding Experience working with HR systems and tools Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience tracking and using HR and recruiting metrics High level of ownership and ability to work independently in a scaling environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent English (written and spoken)
