As a Global HR Service Designer for Time Management and Payroll in our HR Processes Team you become the heart of our organization by developing global strategies, de- and refining processes, and implementing initiatives in Time Management and Payroll that empower our business to thrive. Job Description In your new role you will: Be responsible for global process (re-)design in line with overall process design principles for Employee Time Management and Payroll: Make HR processes leaner, globally harmonized and streamlined Design, document and govern the global processes and services, in close collaboration with Regional Process Experts, HR Business Partners, HR Service Center Agents, Platform Owners, IT and external vendors Lead, organize and moderate design workshops with HR & IT colleagues from different regions, ensuring a clear outcome for a globally harmonized E2E process and customer journey, ensuring implementation on our HR Platforms (e.g. ServiceNow) Continuously monitor process performance using KPIs and collect and evaluate input from customers directly, capture needs, and plan further improvements based on this feedback together with global HR counterparts Drive content compliance by consulting with local labor laws, collective agreements, and internal controls Collaborate with various global stakeholders around customer centricity, automation, and IT infrastructure: this includes data management, data protection, IT, etc. Your Profile You are a natural team player who can quickly establish successful cooperation with team members and stakeholders. You are proactive, take the initiative and overcome challenging or new situations with creative solutions. Furthermore, you have high-quality standards for your work, process-orientated and strong analytical skills that support your approach of finding best possible global standards. You are best equipped for this task if you have: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a similar field At least 5 years of relevant experience – HR experience is a plus Strong experience in global process harmonization, experience in time management and / or payroll processes is a plus Technical knowledge and understanding of HR platforms, such as UKG, ServiceNow or similar software, and a strong willingness to learn new tools Affinity for digital processes and first experience with lean methodologies e.g. Six Sigma A pragmatic working style, focused on solutions, strong partnership mindset and aim for efficiency gains Strong stakeholder management skills across global and local HR, IT, Legal, and external vendors Fluent in English and German Contact: Christin Haupt-Hornung #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
