We are looking for an HR Specialist who loves working with people and enjoys making things run smoothly. This role blends hands-on HR operations, recruitment, employee experience, and office management, with real ownership and room to make an impact. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you’ll influence how people join, grow, connect, and experience our company every day. Recruitment Assist in recruitment processes by opening positions, keeping the ATS up to date, sourcing, scheduling, and preparing contracts. Create a smooth, positive and professional candidate experience as well as hiring manager experience. HR Operations Own day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle processes and HR systems. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, handling documentation and ensure HR processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant. Support payroll, benefits, legal and policy administration. Be a go-to person for employee questions, support, and guidance. Employee Experience & Office Management Work with employees and managers to drive fun and meaningful initiatives that promote ongoing engagement and a sense of belonging. Support company events, team activities, and day-to-day office needs. Make sure the office runs smoothly, creating an inviting and effective working environment. Serve as a point of contact for all office-related operations, including travel. Manage office supplies, groceries, and equipment. Be the point of contact for the external IT company. Experience & Background MA student in related fields - Human Resources, Behavioural Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or others. Background in a placement agency and/or high-tech environment - a strong advantage Availability for a temporary position (maternity leave replacement) at 80%. capacity (part-time), with flexibility to adjust working hours when needed. 3 days from the office Genuine passion for working with people and building positive relationships. Proactive mindset – you identify opportunities for improvement and take action. Highly organized with attention to details. High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience working with HR systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS) – advantage. Strong service orientation and a “can-do” attitude. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, English and Hebrew.
