We are looking for a Global HRBP to join Nayax in a temporary maternity leave replacement role. This position offers a unique opportunity to partner closely with global leadership and support our fast-growing Sales organization. The role will report directly to the CHRO. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Collaborating with global business leaders, with a primary focus on the Sales organization, to design and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive high performance Acting as a trusted advisor to Sales executives on workforce planning, capability building, performance management, talent development, and organizational design Managing employee relations cases across multiple regions while ensuring compliance with local Labor laws and cultural nuances Supporting and strengthening a positive workplace culture for global Sales teams and acting as a mediator when needed Designing and implementing global HR policies and processes, ensuring consistency while adapting to local needs Working with the HR Team to streamline the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, compensation alignment, and offboarding, tailored to the needs of a fast-paced global Sales function. Responsibilities
