QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of three years, full-time related work experience is required.
  • Currently pursuing an MBA or master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation date between November 2025 and August 2026.
  • Preferred areas of study include but are not limited to business administration, industrial or organizational psychology, human resources management, communications, industrial labor relations, organizational development, or other related degrees.
  • Possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, a drive for operational and execution excellence and a commitment to achieving sustainable results.
  • Demonstrate strong academic and technical skills in Microsoft Office
  • Exhibit proficiencies in leadership, teamwork, problem solving and analytical skills, verbal, and written communication, as well as professionalism.
