About the Role
The ideal candidate is a visionary strategist with a strong foundation in marketing and creative thinking. They should have proven experience in developing global content strategies and go-to-market plans, with a deep understanding of how to align global initiatives with regional marketing goals and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Global SMB Content Strategy
  • Develop and lead the global SMB content strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment with Global Business Marketing (GBM) across content categories.
  • Develop narratives around global seasonal moments in alignment with Enterprise Global Marketing Solutions (GBM) and collaborate with regional teams to localize content, integrating region-specific data, case studies, and market insights.
  • Inbound Marketing & Demand Generation
  • Attract new prospects and expand the lead pipeline to support advertiser growth:
  • Support our SEO strategy by defining content themes, planning, and core content pieces
  • Serve as the point of contact for TikTok Academy within the Education team, leading the lead nurture program in alignment with regional teams and overseeing the global editorial content strategy and enabling regional adaptation.
  • Ensure alignment between web and industry solutions teams for content published on TT4B, covering seasonal, product, brand, and non-brand evergreen content.
  • Affiliate and Partnerships enablement
  • Develop a structured system to keep Affiliate and eCommerce partners informed about key content pillars and narratives, enhancing onboarding and engagement.
  • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:
  • Enable, collaborate and share learnings with regional counterparts to achieve true global success (leads, new customers, incremental revenue).
  • Identify and package successful global content strategies for scaling across different regional markets, promoting knowledge transfer and best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a content strategy role.
  • Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing content strategy performance.
  • Experience working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders project managing campaigns in a global context.
  • Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract concepts.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution.
  • Experience leading and collaborating across broader teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to define product value propositions and GTM plans.
  • Confidence in crafting integrated marketing plans encompassing various channels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A deep understanding of the small and medium size landscape, their pain points and raison d’être.
  • Experience at a startup or in an entrepreneurial environment in the tech industry.
