QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of experience in the High-Tech industry or enterprise software, with strong exposure to GTM strategy, customer engagement, and business planning.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing executive roles, preferably with global scope.
  • Strong understanding of SAP solutions, including RISE, GROW, Business Suite, and supporting technologies (AI, Data Cloud).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills at the C-level.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence across a matrixed organization.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Industry Expert – High Tech plays a critical role within SAP’s Global Industry Business Unit. This role is responsible for developing and executing a global go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the High-Tech industry, driving customer success across the Customer Value Journey (CVJ), enabling scalable expertise, and fostering thought leadership across SAP’s global ecosystem. As a trusted advisor and the voice of the customer, this individual will help influence product innovation, support key accounts, and ensure long-term business impact through strategic customer engagements and industry communities.
