QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or support leadership, preferably in proAV or technology sectors
  • Proven track record leading distributed teams and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and data analysis
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 10–15%
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Listen Technologies and Ampetronic are seeking a strategic and results-driven Global Inside Sales and Customer Success Manager to lead our inside sales and customer success teams across the US and UK. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The Manager will also support international partner engagement and work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align efforts with global business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and develop high-performing Inside Sales teams to achieve revenue, retention, and engagement targets
  • Oversee sales operations, pipeline management, and consultative selling practices
  • Optimize CRM usage and leverage data analytics to improve forecasting and visibility
  • Ensure successful customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support
  • Collaborate across global teams to align on customer needs and product solutions
  • Manage distributor relationships and support international partner programs
  • Establish scalable processes and performance reporting across regions
