    Description and Requirements
    We are looking for a Global Inside Sales Representative, working in this truly international environment. The ideal candidate will be driven, goal-oriented, articulate and possesses sound phone skills. A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals is a must. Candidates must have excellent relationship building skills, a high sense of urgency and be very organized. Global ISRs will work with development and retention accounts for some of Lenovo’s largest and most complex Global customers.
    The employment is limited to one year (with the possibility of extension).

WHAT YOU’LL BRING/ POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent German and English verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Other foreign languages could be a benefit
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, information technology or similar subjects (preferred but not a must)
Technical knowledge of PC, Notebook, Tablet and Intel based Server is an advantage
Advanced skills in MS-Office, Outlook and Customer Relationship (CRM) Tools
Proactive working & used to deliver outstanding results under pressure
Strong teaming capabilities, high level of flexibility & self-reliance and proactivity
Demonstrate a professional knowledge of business acumen, including an understanding of the customers’ business, industry, economic trends, issues and competition

Responsibilities

Responsibility for a dedicated customer set, where you will be the owner for the entire sales cycle, from lead identification to closing
Configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone.
Consistent expansion of existing customer relationships according to customer requirements
Preparation and execution of offers as well as the execution of tendering procedures
Establishing and maintaining cooperation with the Global Account Manager, business partners and product specialists to achieve revenue- and profit goals
Securing customer orders regarding fulfilment of production, shipping and delivery deadlines
Finding solutions for customer complaints in the sense of lasting customer satisfaction
Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management in the CRM Tool
