The role We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Working Student to join our Global FP&A team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global finance environment. You will be instrumental in supporting our financial planning cycles, month-end closing processes, and providing data-driven insights to leadership across our global markets. What you’ll do The primary responsibilities for this position include: Financial Close Support: Assist the FP&A team with the monthly financial close process, focusing on data validation and reconciliation to ensure the highest level of accuracy across systems. Business & Financial Analysis: Drive in-depth analysis on high-volume operational data and core financial metrics to identify key trends, track performance against budgets, and uncover areas for business optimization. Reporting & Automation: Develop, automate, and maintain critical financial reports, dashboards, and analytical models using tools like Workday Adaptive Planning to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Planning & Forecasting: Provide direct support for global financial planning, annual budgeting, and regular forecasting cycles, consolidating input from various markets and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Ad-Hoc Business Transparency: Collaborate closely with team members on urgent, ad-hoc financial requests, delivering timely, clear, and transparent insights to support critical decision-making for executive leadership. What you’ll bring Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Proven analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate complex financial information into clear narratives. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas). Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultural backgrounds. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Desirable (A Plus) Prior internship or work experience in an FP&A, Accounting, or Business Intelligence function. Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) or BI tools, including Workday Adaptive Planning, Tableau, or Power BI.
