Brief Job Description: The Project Manager (Intelligent Automation) supports the digital transformation by utilizing Plan-Do-Check-Act and Kaizen principles to enhance operational efficiency. This role is primarily responsible for designing and implementing information technology systems and automated solutions to help the organization operate more effectively. Utilizing the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control methodology, the Project Manager translates the needs of internal stakeholders into technical requirements and delivers validated business impact through the formal certification of efficiency outcomes in partnership with executive finance. As a proactive leader across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), this role research emerging technologies—including Robotic Process Automation, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and App Development—to identify and drive the most effective technical solutions. The Project Manager facilitates seamless communication and collaboration among project team members, teaches foundational project management principles, and creates high-impact presentations to communicate results. The ideal candidate possesses a deep passion for experiencing new technologies and maintains a customer-first mindset while adhering to disciplined organizational processes. Job Responsibilities: Technical Project Leadership & Governance: Lead core project tasks including scheduling, resource coordination, and milestone management. Generate technical specifications and requirements documentation needed by developers, ensuring all solutions adhere to IT Compliance, security standards, and architectural requirements throughout the SDLC. Process Discovery & Analysis: Analyze process performance using Kaizen to identify defects and cost-saving opportunities. Log and report business impacts seen from delivered projects using DMAIC. Mentorship & Stakeholder Collaboration: Mentor teams on project management principles and continuous improvement. Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project alignment and drive improvements through standardized work. Qualifications: Required/ Minimum Qualifications: Lean Six Sigma trained. Preferred Qualification: Lean Six Sigma certification (such as Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus. Preferred Qualification: Project Management Certification is a plus. At least 2-4 years of experience in Project Management. Total of 2-4 years of professional experience required. Proven track record of leading projects across the full development lifecycle with tangible results. Experience in accelerating global scaling through standardization to minimize waste. Possesses hands-on knowledge in key Lean and process improvement tools, including Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control, Plan-Do-Check-Act, and Kaizen. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Competencies: Competencies related to the requirements are expected. Ability to simplify, explain, and teach project management principles to a range of audiences. Understanding of technologies including Robotic Process Automation, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative Artificial Intelligence, and Application development. Inherent passion for experiencing and seeing new technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Ability to regularly engage internal and external stakeholders, providing proactive updates while leading projects across the development lifecycle. Demonstrated ability to maintain a customer-first mindset while balancing project focus, preventing scope creep, and adhering to proper organizational processes through effective stakeholder negotiation. Ability to deliver validated business impact through the formal certification of efficiency and effectiveness outcomes in partnership with executive finance.
