The Role We're looking for a passionate and hands-on Global Internal Communications Coordinator to support telling our story and strengthening our culture. Reporting to the Director of Global Internal Communications for Orbia Netafim, you will play a key role in ensuring our employees feel informed, connected and inspired. What You Will Do Content and Campaign Execution: Support the planning and implementation of internal communications projects and campaigns that foster employee engagement and belonging worldwide. -Channel Coordination: Maintain and update global internal channels, including the intranet, newsletters, announcements, and virtual events, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and engaging. -Content Creation & Storytelling: Draft and adapt clear, compelling, and culturally relevant messages and materials that connect with our diverse global workforce. - Change Communication Assistance: Support managers and leaders in preparing and sharing communication around organizational changes and helping employees transition smoothly. -Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with colleagues in HR, Communications, and business units to align messaging and provide consistent information across the organization. -Creative Contribution: Suggest new formats, tools, and approaches to keep internal communications fresh and engaging. Requirements You are a collaborative communicator with a passion for connecting with people. You have: 3-5 years of professional experience in internal communications, employee engagement or a related field, preferably within a large, global organization. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills with native-level English fluency. (Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus). -Strong organizational skills, with great attention to detail and an ability to juggle multiple projects. -A proactive and flexible mindset, eager to learn and take initiative. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint; familiarity with design tools like Canva or Illustrator is a plus. - A "can do" attitude, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
