In an increasingly competitive marketplace, our Marketing, Communications, and Business Development (MCBD) team enables Arup to build and protect our reputation, deepen client relationships, win quality work, and attract top talent. This role will be key in achieving our strategic market and client ambitions. We are seeking to hire a Global Internal Communications Coordinator to strengthen our MCBD function.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a talented and passionate Global Internal Communications Specialist to join our high-performing global communications team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our internal storytelling—creating engaging, strategic content that connects colleagues across regions and supports our business objectives. You’ll manage the day-to-day running of our global communication channels, maintain the communications grid, and collaborate with senior leaders and teams worldwide to deliver impactful campaigns and events. From writing and editing multimedia content to advising on best practices and staying ahead of digital trends, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate internally.
