EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • >7 years of relevant experience in Equity Research, investing, consulting, or any other closely-related role
  • Strong knowledge of European Equities, with expertise in the European Autos sector an advantage
  • Thorough understanding of financial statement analysis and equity valuation frameworks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate with broader team
  • FCA registration required (must be obtained within first six months of employment)
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

The successful candidate will be responsible for covering companies in the Autos sector; analysing companies and stocks and the factors that affect the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coverage of companies within the Autos sector
  • Publishing regular industry and company-specific reports
  • Ongoing and high-frequency interaction with the external investing client base
  • Regular interaction with internal clients including Equity Sales, Sales-Traders and Traders.
  • Managing relationships with covered companies
  • Facilitating client-corporate interaction through forums, events and conferences
  • Responding to ad hoc requests from external clients and internal counterparts
  • Building, maintaining and updating company and industry models
