Reporting to the Global IS Practice Director, the Global IS Practice Manager Integration is responsible to:

  • Set-up and operate OPmobility’s Global Integration practice in India
  • Work together with Architecture, Innovation and Technology Office (ITO), Security, Data teams on best practices (reuse of common data model, interfaces reuse, security rules, error management, cost optimization) and architecture patterns
  • Coordinate architecture and projects teams regarding changes to realize for projects (detailed specifications, delays, costs, etc.)
  • Monitor data teams utilization of integration software, respect of best practices & difficulties
  • Liaise with ITO and operations to ensure respect of integration software global SLAs
  • Manage and coach the Integration Practice Team (Integration Platform as a Service Leader and Specialists; Massive ETL Leader & Specialists and IOT/ Connectivity Leader and Specialists)
  • Manage the Digital Solutions practice budget and ensure its return on investment
  • Together with Chief Enterprise Architect; rationalize tools & ways of working
  • Promote industrial & agile ways of working with associated KPIs and average costs

REQUIRED PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Engineering degree, ideally in information systems
  • At least 10 years of digital development experience with at least 5 years of experience running an integration practice delivery team working in Agile
  • Has build teams, is able to manage remotely and orchestrate several delivery teams spread in different regions
  • Experience of operating within global companies with matrix organizations (multi-regional and multi-divisions)
  • Industrial/ automotive background is a plus
  • Knowledge of Integration technologies
  • Agile squads management
  • Integration Patterns & tools experience
  • Knowledge and experience in product strategy and delivery with minimum knowledge on architecture and technology strategy (Cloud, CI/CD, platforming)
  • Fluent English. Second language is a plus
