JOB SUMMARY

The Global IT Infrastructure Manager ensures the availability, performance, security, and scalability of Asmodee’s global IT infrastructure. They will lead global technical operations, aligning infrastructure initiatives with strategic goals. This individual will work in coordination with the Global Helpdesk Manager, and will report to the Sr. Global IT Infrastructure Director.
This role manages on-premises systems and network operations (including servers, virtualization platforms, network equipment and network stacks), and is accountable for delivering agreed service levels, security standards, and operational excellence.
The work of this position also involves coordinating teams, planning operations, and supporting core sites in France, the USA, Canada, and South America, while providing guidance and assistance to other global subsidiaries. This position requires regular international travel.

POSITION SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Expertise in cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure), networking, telephony, wireless technologies, physical server management, data storage, and backup solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
• Relevant certifications a plus.
• Frequent international travel will be required for this role – up to 20% of time.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations management.
• Proven experience leading and motivating high-performing teams – minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
• Familiarity with the following systems:
• Network: LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, WiFi, RoutingInfrastructure: Data centers, Server Rooms, hybrid environments
• Systems: Windows, Linux, virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Storage & Backup: SAN/NAS, cloud backups, DR solutions
• Security: Firewalls, proxies, endpoint protection
• Identity & Access Management: Active Directory®, IDP, IAM, SSO, MFA, SCIM
• Collaboration Tools: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams
• Operations Tools: Monitoring platforms, CMDB, ITSM tools (e.g., Freshservice)
