JOB SUMMARY
The Global IT Infrastructure Manager ensures the availability, performance, security, and scalability of Asmodee’s global IT infrastructure. They will lead global technical operations, aligning infrastructure initiatives with strategic goals. This individual will work in coordination with the Global Helpdesk Manager, and will report to the Sr. Global IT Infrastructure Director.
This role manages on-premises systems and network operations (including servers, virtualization platforms, network equipment and network stacks), and is accountable for delivering agreed service levels, security standards, and operational excellence.
The work of this position also involves coordinating teams, planning operations, and supporting core sites in France, the USA, Canada, and South America, while providing guidance and assistance to other global subsidiaries. This position requires regular international travel.
