Job Description As KAM your role will consist of developing revenue for the connectivity division by offering technical support services, compliance testing and certification for electrical and electronic industry. You will build your network and promote the SGS offer to ensure the sustainable growth of our services. Responsibilities: Develop and retain the existing customer portfolio. Identify & develop potential global client offering total solution services. Qualify and prospect industrial manufacturers and distributors operating in France and internationally. Analyze customer needs and contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive technical and commercial proposals. Monitor project progress on a daily basis, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met, in collaboration with internal teams. Analyze and interpret commercial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Actively participate in professional events to represent the company, promote services, and identify new commercial targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in business or international trade. 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a global or multinational environment. Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of additional languages is an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑changing environment. Understanding of international trade practices and regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional and positive attitude. Proactive and collaborative mindset to work with teams and functions across regions. Ideally, you have knowledge of the electronics/electrical industry. Additional Information Why SGS?
